History of Cheshire Cheese - Nick Birchall (9th March 2026)

Nick Birchall was our March speaker (9/3/26), from Nantwich Cheese Shop telling us all about the History of Cheshire Cheese. The shop opened in 2020 during covid, they have since gone from strength to strength, with lots of cheeses made from the local area. Nick brought along 3 Cheshire cheeses for us all to sample - 1845 variety from Bourne cheese makers, Drunken Burt, flavoured with cider & Burt Blue both from Clare Burt Cheese makers (also all available from our Treacle Market). Nick was very knowledgeable & our members really enjoyed his talk. Would really recommend.
