Loose Leaf Flowers - Judith Matthews (10th March 2025)

Spring was definitely in the air at our March (10th) Meeting. We welcomed the lovely Judith Matthews from Loose Leaf Flowers based in Bollington, to demonstrate how she would make up different Spring wreaths, with foliage & flowers from the garden. Two lucky members then won these wreaths & four members won the spring flowers in glass jars that Judith had also brought along. A truly enlightening evening which our members enjoyed. Thanks to Gill & Kath who were our refreshment ladies & a special thanks to Clare for our fantastic raffle prizes. BIG THANKS to all our members who came along early to help set up & dismantle the tables & chairs.

Some of our members brought along their entries for the Cheshire Peaks ‘Flowers’ competition - we asked Judith to judge & she chose Janet Slater’s floral quilting. Everything crossed that it’s a winner tonight at the CP Meeting
